Inventory report
We'll visit the property and carry out a thorough detailed inspection of the property, including testing all smoke and CO alarms and insuring they are up to date and documenting all the meter readings.
Check-out report
The check-out inspection is conducted at the end of the tenancy and will document the contents and condition of the property.
Mid term inspections
We can visit and conduct mid-term inspection report of the property to show how the property is being kept. This can give the Tenants and Landlord peace of mind that the property is beng looked after.
